Bordered on three sides by World Heritage National Park and with an aim to ensure peace and privacy Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat is designed to be the perfect romantic getaway.

The owners and the Tweed Council required the highest possible treatment of onsite wastewater to ensure that Crystal Creek which runs through the property remains pristine.

True Water Solutions provided an AAA quality wastewater system to treat a load of up to 6600litres per day and irrigate the recycled water into the surrounding rainforest. The final cost of the system was up to half that of our competitors.

Tourist Attraction / Commercial Farm / Cafe - Eltham Valley Pantry – Organic Farm

Eltham Valley PantryEltham Valley Pantry is a family owned farm, with the emphasis on organicallygrown products processed and packed on the farm. James and Julie showcase their produce in their cafe and run tours through their grounds.

James & Julie requested a affordable, non evasive, environmentally friendly system providing high quality treated water for dispersal. True Water Solutions provided a Tertiary treatment level system with low running cost, no noise or odour and minimal servicing.

Rental Property - Tim McHugh - Extremely Difficult installation
When the septic system at his rental property failed, Tim had a serious problem, he had spent money trying to have the system fixed but it was still completely failing and spewing effluent onto his next door neighbours property. The Tweed council were threatening fines and the Wastewater management report completed by an engineer required $35-50,000 of works and the demolition of the majority of his established gardens.

Meduka Sand's eleven villas fall outside of modern planning guidelines.

The existing septic system failed in 2010 and needed an urgent upgrade the problem being that water quality standards set by Clarence Valley Council required modern day planning guidelines to be achieved.
