Rental Property - Tim McHugh - Extremely Difficult installation
When the septic system at his rental property failed, Tim had a serious problem, he had spent money trying to have the system fixed but it was still completely failing and spewing effluent onto his next door neighbours property. The Tweed council were threatening fines and the Wastewater management report completed by an engineer required $35-50,000 of works and the demolition of the majority of his established gardens.
Tim was faced with an extreme cost and the daunting task of coordinating tradesmen in Tweed Heads, while working and living in Japan.
Tim's small property had terrible access, a very large home, severe slope, was covered in rock and established tropical gardens.
True Water Solutions facilitated the entire project, completely overhauling the engineered design, amending the council approval and undertaking the complete installation and coordination of all tradesmen. True Water Solutions completed the project on time and to the highest standard, while saving Tim $10,000 - $20,000.
High Density Villas - Meduka Sands – Environmentally Sensitive Site
Located at the beach side village of Brooms Head, just 30 metres to a creek and less then 100m to the beach, with a high water table and sandy soils Meduka Sand's is an extremely environmentally sensitive site. Meduka Sand's eleven villas fall outside of modern planning guidelines.
The existing septic system failed in 2010 and needed an urgent upgrade the problem being that water quality standards set by Clarence Valley Council required modern day planning guidelines to be achieved.
True Water Solutions provided an economical, state of the art waste water system, with minimal footprint, no noise or odour, and simple servicing, while addressing all of the environmental requirements and the Clarence Valley Councils guidelines.
Rental Property – Adam Phillips - Extremely Difficult installation
When the septic system at his recently purchased rental property failed, Adam Phillips was faced with a near impossible upgrade and the problem of coordinating tradesmen in Coffs Harbour while working and living in W.A.
Adam's problem was that the only area usable for his waste water system upgrade, had no access, a severe slope and was completely covered in rock. No other company was able to undertake every aspect of the project and projected costs varied from $30-40,000.
True Water Solutions facilitated the entire project, from consultancy and system design through the council approval and installation and coordination of all tradesmen. True Water Solutions completed the project on time and to the highest standard, while saving Adam tens of thousands of dollars.
